Link to Asia was founded by Christian Leos and Matthew Werner. Christian and Matthew met during the Global MBA program at ESSEC Business School in Paris, France. During the program, the two collaborated on many case studies and projects in Paris, Singapore, Dubai and Cape Town. Combined the two have over 20 years of international education management experience and share deep connections with high-level professionals and top-ranked universities in Asia. 

Christian has extensive international experience in Asia and beyond. Working with China since 2005 has allowed him to experience the amazing transition the country is going through. Christian graduated from Tec de Monterrey with a Bachelor's degree in International Business and holds a Dual MBA degree from EGADE Business School and ESSEC Business School. Christian has more than 10 years of experience in designing international education programs for Latin American universities in Asia. Christian also speaks the three most spoken languages in the world: Chinese, Spanish and English.

Matthew has extensive experience in the education management industry and has worked with major universities in the United States, France, China and Japan. Matthew graduated from the University of Notre Dame with a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and International Relations. Matthew also holds an MBA from ESSEC Business School. Matthew specializes in creating customized international study trips to China for MBA programs from around the world.
